Yvonne is passionate about creating spaces for collaboration. Equipped with unlimited curiosity and a strong willingness to learn, she helps people discover new perspectives by surprising them with unconventional and yet effective interventions.
She holds a PhD in Quality of Life research from the University of Oslo which gave her in depth experience in measuring and valuing health which she uses to facilitate positive change in the health care sector.
Her educational background is in psychology, system dynamics and dance. She uses her experiences as a certified systemic junior consultant (ISB Wiesloch) and as a KAOSPILOT masterclass graduate (KAOSPILOT School for Creative Leadership & Meaningful Entrepreneurship) for designing interactive and challenging learning experiences. As a previous professional dancer, she grounds and fuels discovery and development with using embodied coaching techniques.
