Christiane loves working with organizations and individuals to make change happen. For more than twenty years she has consulted companies and public institutions in the field of personal and organizational effectiveness.
She started her career as a PR and political consultant working with public administration both on regional and federal levels. After 12 years as an executive manager in politics she decided to grow her own business; since 2006, she has been a Managing Partner of Kronos Network, a company specializing in leadership effectiveness and organizational change.
At Kronos, she has worked with a broad range of companies and institutions, always looking for ways to help them change and develop.
Christiane draws on a wide range of experiences and skills as she pursues her passion for change and superior leadership. She holds a PhD in medieval literature and a MA in Philosophy and Slavonic and German Literature. She has trained in a variety of coaching and psychometric techniques and in working with large groups. Her work draws not only on technical expertise but also on a flair for art, architecture and poetry.
