Christine’s favourite professional task is to craft unconventional development journeys. She works with leaders on every level, teams and organizations in transformation. Her clients trust her to shape development journeys with impact and with sincerity. These are based on solid, curious analysis and architected based on science, experience and experiments. And delivered with passion, empowerment, persistence, some radicality and a twinkle.
She initiated first transformation & development projects as a head girl wanting to change the school she was visiting. Ever since she is adding theory, methods and experience: Holding a PhD in Sociology with a focus on Systems Theory and having studied Psychology. Continuous learning in systemic coaching, group dynamics, facilitation and therapy nurture her own development.
At dgroup (part of Accenture Consulting), she works with clients embarking on digital transformations or searching for ways to bring new ways of working and leading to life.
Even before having her two daughters, Christine has always been committed to orchestrate diversity and empower women.
